What's free, and what Premium adds.
Your daily recovery and your full sleep analysis are free for as long as you use Summit. Premium adds the training layer on top of that.
- Daily recovery score — from your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep, read from Apple Health, with the detail screen behind it.
- Sleep score with the full breakdown — how last night compares to your own historical median, sleep debt, stages and rhythm.
- Recovery trend — thirty days of it, not just today's number.
- Home and Lock Screen widgets — recovery, sleep and load without opening the app.
- Your rides, imported automatically — connect Strava, a Hammerhead Karoo or Apple Health once and they arrive on their own.
- What you actually did — every activity's route map, stats and elevation profile, plus a share card for the rides worth showing.
- Your calendar and your events — add races, camps and holidays, and see the days you completed and how recovered you were on each.
- The shape of the session — its type, its duration and the training phase you're in, on Today and when you open a day. The prescription itself — structure, intervals, TSS — is Elite.
Any wearable that writes to Apple Health works, though only the Apple Watch writes the complete set of metrics Summit uses. An Apple Watch is not required.
- Training load — CTL, ATL and TSB, live across every session, with the detail behind today's number.
- Power analysis — eFTP, your power curve and your best efforts, estimated continuously from your ride history. No manual tests.
- Per-activity detailed analysis — the heart rate, power and analysis panes on every ride, on top of the route and stats you already get free.
- Progression tracking and the effort calculator.
- Race weather for your target events.
- Notifications — eFTP change, form peak, race-day fuelling and your weekly recap.
- The adaptive training plan — the prescribed session in full (structure, intervals and targets), the week ahead, and periodisation that rewrites itself around your recovery and the time you actually have.
- Peak-form adaptation — the plan reshapes around the events in your calendar.
- Workout export — ZWO and FIT files, plus intervals.icu sync out to Garmin, Zwift and MyWhoosh.
- Race-day nutrition plan — carbs, fluid and sodium matched to your event's duration and your bodyweight.
- The workout widget — today's prescribed session on your Home and Lock Screen.
- Notifications — today's plan and your weekly availability reminder.
Daily training-driven nutrition, with recipes and a shopping list, is in development and not part of the current App Store release.
Summit Premium offers a 14-day free trial to new subscribers. That is a separate thing. Your recovery score, your sleep score and its breakdown, the trend and the widgets stay free whether or not you ever start a trial, and they do not expire when one ends.
Prices shown are the Spanish App Store listing in euros, VAT included, checked 7 August 2026. Apple sets the price per storefront and it can change, so yours may differ — the App Store and the app always show your live local price before anything is charged. Paying yearly saves about a third on either tier, and Premium is one subscription that covers the whole chain — recovery, training and, on Elite, nutrition together, not separate purchases.
